Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic stay right on the seaside with a great variety of tasty food. The rooms were comfortable with stunning views, but they seemed a bit outdated. The pool was nice but could use better maintenance, and the gym was modern yet too small for my liking. Overall, it was an excellent experience, especially enjoying the evening singer.
The hotel has a beautiful lobby and comfy rooms with stunning views of the Dead Sea. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with dirty common areas and unhelpful staff. The dining experience was excellent, but the overall value for the price paid didn’t meet my expectations. If you're looking for a relaxing spa experience, it might not be ideal due to the service issues and maintenance shortcomings.
The hotel location near the Dead Sea offered a unique experience, but that’s about where the positives end. The food was subpar, reminiscent of cafeteria fare, and the service left much to be desired, with unfriendly staff and a lack of attentiveness. The overall facilities were below expectations, especially for the price we paid. I was excited to visit, but left feeling quite underwhelmed.
My stay at the hotel was truly memorable with excellent service and wonderful amenities, but it was marred by some issues with the outdated rooms and their musty smell. The beautiful beach access and multiple pool options are definite highlights, while the high prices reflect the overall luxury experience but may not deliver on all fronts.
My stay at the hotel was quite the mix. The location by the Dead Sea offered stunning views, and the grounds were clean with plenty of lounging options. Unfortunately, I found some staff members to be unhelpful and the food options could use serious improvement. The rooms were also in need of a refresh and weren't as clean as expected. Overall, while there were nice aspects, the overall experience didn't quite meet my hopes.
